Madhuri Patil Sinha
Founder & Principal Migration Agent
Our Team at Migration Nexus is led by the principal Registered Migration Agent (MARN 0640802) and Solicitor Madhuri Patil Sinha. She migrated to Australia from Kenya and became a Migration agent in 2007. Being a migrant herself, Madhuri understands the significance of the visa application process to an aspiring migrant. Madhuri has extensive knowledge and experience in immigration matters and an in-depth understanding of government policy. With particular expertise in skilled migration, partner visas, and employer sponsored visas, Madhuri has successfully helped a number of migrants from Kenya, India, UK, the US, Germany, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Pakistan, and many other nationalities to migrate to Australia.
Madhuri holds a Bachelors degree in Law, Masters Degree in Management Studies, and Bachelors Degree in Science.

Shaquille Rodriguez
Registered Migration Agent
Shaquille is a dedicated and experienced registered migration agent at Migration Nexus (MARN2217935). Shaquille was born and raised in Perth, WA and has a background in travel/tourism and the education sector. She specializes in family/partner migration and student visas, with substantial experience providing effective solutions tailored to each individual clients’ needs.
Shaquille has a passion for making the immigration process for any migrant as simple as possible. She is committed to guiding clients through the complexities of immigration with confidence and ease.
Shaquille holds prior qualifications in business/tourism and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University.
Atharv Sinha
Visa Coordinator
​Atharv Sinha is a dedicated and knowledgeable Visa Coordinator, currently pursuing his Juris Doctor law degree at the University of Western Australia. With a strong foundation in legal principles and a keen interest in immigration law, Atharv provides comprehensive support and guidance to individuals navigating the complex visa application process. Atharv is a graduate of the University of Western Australia graduating with a Bachelor of Criminology in 2023.

Executive Support Administrator
Shelah is an Executive Support Administrator whose work is built upon deep empathy and respect for every client's immigration journey. Having personally navigated the path to a residency application, she understands the intricacies and emotional investment of the process. This lived experience fuels her drive to assist Migration Nexus team in helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of immigration with ease and confidence. Leveraging her background in Project Coordination and Business Analysis, Shelah contributes to operational excellence by supporting time-critical submissions and applying a keen eye for detail to all documentation. She is committed to providing the systematic support that ensures the integrity and smooth progression of every client file.
Shelah holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Master of Business Analytics from Kaplan Business School.
